Asako Naruto

Asako Naruto is a Japanese photographer based in Madrid. She studied design at Musashino Art University and art history at Nagoya University. Her work explores absence and untold stories in urban spaces. Since 2022, she has received consecutive Grand Prix awards in international photography competitions. Her work has been recognized by All About Photo, Life Framer, AAP Magazine, and BBA Gallery. Her first photobook, All the Fading Words, was published by Snap Collective in Denmark in 2025.
