KAORI HIJIKATA

Kaori Hijikata is a street photographer based in Tokyo, Japan. She started capturing the streets of Tokyo, her native city, in September 2021. She enjoys wandering the streets with her camera taking shots intuitively of ordinary people in mundane settings. She aims to create images that evoke mystery in the subjects and urban life. She was honored to have her work exhibited at Tokyo Street Photography Festival in May 2023. She is also honored to have her work shown as a part of 'A WALL OF WOMEN
